Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

1. Go to Account → Orders and select the order.
2. Choose the item you want to return and select a reason.
3. Print the prepaid return label and drop off at any carrier location.
4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
